Speaking and listening incorporates a variety of communicative techniques in providing ample exposure to English conversation. Students are encouraged to develop strong communication patterns as well as solid comprehension skills. Being understood is just as important as understanding.
Reading and Writing explores intellectually challenging, and contemporary themes to stimulate creative thinking skills and enhance language competence. Various writing topics, research activities, and discussion groups allow students to apply the style, grammar, and language they have learned.
Grammar and Structure allows the student to overcome the intricacies of English grammar while following a consistent interaction-based curriculum. Students are expected to participate in all facets of this interactive approach to grammar instruction.
Conversation Focus in order for a student to truly improve as an English speaker, they must learn to use what they have learned in the classroom in a more practical setting. The goal is to enhance the student’s command of spoken English in a conversation environment as well as helping to establish a comfort level in doing so.
